One Peg is made by Rising Technology and Digital Trend, Kano, Nigeria ("we"). By playing it on onepeg.app or in the Android app, you agree to these terms.
Playing
One Peg is free to play and paid for by ads. You may play it for your own enjoyment and share your scores and score cards anywhere you like.
What you may not do
- Copy, resell or republish the game, its levels, art or music as your own.
- Interfere with the ads, for example by clicking them on purpose to inflate earnings or using tools that fake views.
- Use the game in a way that breaks the law.
Your progress
Your progress lives on your device (see the Privacy Policy). We cannot restore it if your browser data is cleared or the app is removed, so keep a transfer code if it matters to you.
Changes to the game
We may change levels, scoring, features or these terms, or stop offering the game. If the terms change, the date above changes with them.
No warranty
The game is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and fair, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from playing it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
